DTF Ink

High-Performance DTF Printer Ink for Vibrant and Durable Film Transfers

DTF printer ink is engineered to deliver exceptional color vibrancy, smooth gradients, and long-lasting durability on a wide range of fabrics. Unlike traditional textile inks, DTF ink forms a flexible and elastic bonding layer when used together with DTF film and powder, ensuring that printed designs remain soft to the touch and maintain their original quality even after repeated washing. This high-performance DTF printer ink offers excellent adhesion, anti-cracking performance, and UV stability, making it ideal for T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, uniforms, sportswear, and promotional garments. The special pigment formulation allows for stable printing without clogging the printhead, while the white ink provides strong opacity to enhance colors on dark fabrics. Compatible with most DTF printers and printheads, our DTF printer ink supports smooth workflow and high-speed printing for both small studios and large production factories. It ensures clean edges, vibrant output, and reliable curing results—helping businesses achieve consistent and professional-quality transfers every time.

How to Use DTF Printer Ink Effectively

Choose Compatible DTF Printer Ink

Ensure your ink type matches your printer model and printhead, such as Epson XP, i3200, L1800, 4720, or other DTF systems.

Shake White Ink Before Printing

White DTF ink contains heavy pigments that settle over time—shake well to maintain opacity and prevent nozzle blockage.

Print Onto DTF Film

Load matte-coated DTF film and print your design in mirror mode. The ink should remain wet to allow proper powder adhesion.

Apply Hot Melt Powder

Immediately coat the wet ink with DTF powder, ensuring full and even coverage for strong bonding.

Cure and Heat Press

Cure the printed film using a dryer or heat press, then transfer the design to fabric for a flexible, long-lasting finish.
