The DZW-P32DC hose crimping machine is a portable, vehicle-mounted hose crimping machine. Here's a brief introduction:
Power: Battery-powered with selectable 12V/24V voltages, it adapts to various vehicle power systems, making it easy to install and operate in a variety of vehicle environments. It can also be powered by the vehicle's battery to complete crimping work in locations without traditional mains electricity.
Crimp Capacity: It can achieve precise crimping of up to 2 inches (approximately 50.8 mm). With a crimping force of 2000 kN, it can crimp a wide range of hydraulic hoses, down to a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 inches), meeting the connection needs of a variety of common medium-sized hydraulic hoses and fittings.
Portability: Able to be placed on a service cart, the machine's compact and rugged construction and relatively small overall size make it easy for operators to place it in a vehicle or move it between different work sites, enabling greater flexibility in on-site vehicle maintenance and other tasks.
