The WILLEX POWER DZW – P32DCX Hose Crimper is a portable, vehicle-mounted hose crimper with the following features:
Power: Battery-operated with either 12V or 24V voltage options, this design adapts to various vehicle power systems, facilitating installation in a variety of vehicle-mounted environments. It can also be powered by the vehicle's onboard battery for crimping work in locations without traditional mains electricity.
Crimp: Capable of precise crimping up to 2 inches, it meets the needs of connecting a variety of common medium-sized hydraulic hoses and fittings.
Portability: Its compact and sturdy structure allows it to be placed on a service cart, making it easy for operators to place it in their vehicle or move it between different work sites, facilitating on-site work such as vehicle maintenance.
Mold: A bottom-mounted side rail mold rack facilitates mold storage and access, allowing operators to quickly locate the mold they need during field operations, improving work efficiency.This design also makes the machine more suitable for outdoor operations, preventing molds from being lost or damaged.
Outdoor Adaptability: The overall design is suitable for outdoor operation.Whether facing relatively severe weather conditions or rugged working sites, it can stably perform its pipe pressing function and complete the corresponding work tasks.
