The DZW-P16HP manual 1-inch hydraulic hose crimping machine is a distinctive crimping machine.   The following is a detailed introduction:

Machine Head Performance: Equipped with a forged crimping head, its hardness is 120% higher than conventional crimping heads, and its compressive strength is 50% greater.   This performance advantage allows the crimping head to withstand greater crimping pressure, reducing deformation and wear during the crimping process, extending its service life, and ensuring consistent crimping quality.

Dimensional Adjustment Accuracy: Dimensional positioning is achieved using a rotary micrometer with a graduated adjustment function, allowing users to precisely set the crimping distance according to specific hose crimping requirements.  Thanks to the micrometer's high precision, dimensional errors in the crimped hose are kept to a minimum.

Mold Advantages: The mold achieves a hardness of 60-65 HRC and is manufactured using a new process, resulting in significantly higher wear resistance than conventional molds.   This reduces mold wear during long, continuous crimping operations.   Furthermore, the high-precision mold minimizes deformation during the crimping process, ensuring uniform crimping lines and precise dimensions and consistent appearance.

Crimping Range: The maximum working size is 1-inch 2SN, which generally meets the crimping requirements of common double-wire braided hoses (2SN represents the standard type of double-wire braid) up to 1-inch in size, making it suitable for a variety of common hydraulic hose connection requirements.

1) With standard dies. Crimping range can be increased with special dies.
2) Maximum opening is the total die travel. Add this value to the minimum crimping 
diameter of the die set used. The result is the maximum opening of the machine with 
die set in place.
